The ability of some microorganisms to stimulate the growth and development plants is known. However, use residual yeast from artisanal brewing industry as plant promoting agents (PGPM) has been briefly studied. aim this work was characterize analyze in hydroponic vegetable crops. We evaluated effects addition on Eruca vesicaria, Arabidopsis thaliana y Lactuca sativa with technique. A significant increase principal root length observed after treatment suspensions A. E. vesicaria grown relative control (SN 4.28 ± 0.15, S05 7.30 0.29; SN 39.68 2.20, 57.37 2.80, respectively). In floating systems, inoculation solution increased area L. by 30% relation control. Our results confirm that Saccharomyces cerevisiae strain J14 may confer benefits hydroponics crops positive growth. These validate potential application S. cultivation a biotechnological tool.
